Important Application Conditions

  • Cell Gap Design: Reserve 0.5~1.5mm gap between cells for swelling management (swelling force up to 30000N at 80% SOH under 15mm steel plate).
  • Storage Conditions: 25%-40% SOC recommended for long-term storage (>30 days); recharge every 3 months.
  • Welding Restrictions: Welding area centered on positioning hole, Φ4mm~Φ14mm, depth <2.5mm; avoid melting PPS plastic on terminals.
